I wish I would have had an allergy bracelet. I grew up with a strange and uncommon food allergy. I live with that same allergy as an adult.
As a child I didn't get the opportunity to control my diet while I was away from home, so when I came across AllerMates, I thought it was a brilliant Idea. If I had one of these to wear as a child I would have likely saved myself a number of close calls to not ever becoming an adult (I still sorta didn't but that was by choice)).
To think that a friends mom could have inadvertently ended my life over some soup is eye opening. I often wonder how I survived.

These are incredible. Anybody with allergies will understand why these are so awesome. I ordered some for my kid. This will save me tons of hassle.
